We work with local skiers and riders, recreational skiers, pros and racers. We also specialize in ski boots made specifically for women. Our dedicated experts will work with you to select the right boot and customize it for perfect fit & performance.

We have five Masterfit University certified bootfitting graduates on staff – the most of any store in Western New York. Our bootfitters have all been trained in the latest boot fitting techniques, custom footbed manufacturing, boot modification and repair, stance balancing, and boot sole grinding, canting and lifting and alignment engineering. You won’t find service or expertise like this in a big box chain store or on the internet.

America’s Best Bootfitters is an organization of top independent ski and snowboard shops that specialize in boot fitting. Membership is granted only to shops whose boot fitting and customization work has demonstrated a high level of expertise and consistency over years. Shops must meet rigorous standards to be eligible for membership. They have a full compliment of stretching, grinding and stance analysis tools necessary to optimally customize today's new boots.

These days, being a good bootfitting tecnician takes more than knowing how to make a pair of boots feel comfortable. Recently, owner Miguel Azcarate completed his Masterfit University education by attending the Master's Plus Program in Reno, Nevada. The course, "Immersion Into The Dark Arts of Bootfitting", is designed for long-time bootfitting pros. The two day, hands-on immersion workshop focuses on tecnical bootfitting issues and ensures experienced bootfitters remain on the cutting edge of changing technlogy and provides the latest methods for executing successful bootfitting plans.
